How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on all Australian orders. Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping automatically applied at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timeframes are 2-5 business days for major cities and metropolitan areas, and up to 7 business days for rural and remote locations.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage Insync ships within Australia only. International shipping is something we are working toward — stay tuned!

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe please reach out to us at sales@insyncsport.com.au and we will investigate promptly.

Returns & Exchanges FAQs

What is your returns policy?

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items will be issued as store credit — we do not offer cash refunds on change of mind returns. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How do I lodge a return?

To lodge a return simply email us at sales@insyncsport.com.au within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable postage service as Insync is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately at sales@insyncsport.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right at no cost to you.

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find your perfect fit. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size guide before ordering, particularly if you are between sizes.

Do Insync products run true to size?

Our products are designed to fit true to size, however we strongly recommend viewing our size guide on each product to give the most accurate guidance. You can also reach out to us directly and we are happy to help.

How should I wash my Insync activewear?

To keep your Insync pieces looking and performing their best we recommend machine washing on a cold gentle cycle, washing inside out, and avoiding fabric softeners as these can break down performance fibres over time.

Can I put my Insync activewear in the dryer?

We recommend air drying all Insync products. High heat can damage performance fabrics and affect the shape and longevity of your garments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Afterpay, and Apple Pay — all transactions are processed securely at checkout.

Can I use Afterpay on all orders?

Yes — Afterpay is available on all eligible orders at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any amendments and we will do our best to assist.
