What is your returns policy?
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items will be issued as store credit - we do not offer cash refunds on change of mind returns. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How do I lodge a return?
To lodge a return simply email us at sales@insyncsport.com.au within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable postage service as Insync is not responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
What if I received a faulty or incorrect item?
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately at sales@insyncsport.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right at no cost to you.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely — we want you to love what you ordered. Please lodge your return as above and use your store credit to reorder in your preferred size.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
