How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 on all Australian orders. Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping automatically applied at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery timeframes are 2-5 business days for major cities and metropolitan areas, and up to 7 business days for rural and remote locations.

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, this may vary depending on order volumes. During peak periods (such as Birthday Sale, Mid-Year Sale, Afterpay Day, Blackout Sale, Boxing Day, and major product drops), dispatch may take up to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage Insync ships within Australia only. International shipping is something we are working toward — stay tuned!

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.

What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe please reach out to us at sales@insyncsport.com.au and we will investigate promptly.

Important: Insync is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or for refunding/replacing orders in these cases. Once a parcel is in the hands of our shipping partners, responsibility lies with them.
